Before you decide to book a running program with me, I encourage you to reflect on these questions so I can tailor the perfect coaching plan for you. Having personally dealt with injuries, I’ve dedicated time to studying running technique and improving running efficiency.

Running Program – Pricing
- 3 sessions 1.800 DKK
- 5 sessions 2.500 DKK
- 8 sessions 3.800 DKK
Each session lasts one hour and includes a customized training program that can be followed at home.
